My appointment was at 4:00 pm I was a new patient at this office. I was called to the back to be seen at 4:50 pm was not satisfied with the wait time especially when you are in pain! I went in for an emergency visit because I was having very bad tooth pain from cracked tooth in my mouth that developed an infection. The dentist examine my mouth at 5:30. He recommended that I have my tooth extracted. I agree the tooth needs to be pulled My issue is that 99% of the time a dentist will likely recommend you can't remove the infected tooth on the first visit. Concern about infection spreading in your mouth after removing the defective tooth. Also some infections can spread when the dentist removes the tooth.might allow bacteria to enter the bloodstream and cause infections in other parts of the body (a condition called bacteremia). In severe cases, the bacteria can enter the heart! I express my concern to him about removing an infected tooth that has not been treated, and the possible dangers that happen if I did that! He simply told me with no concern about what I said that he sticking to his treatment plan! The only reason I came to this location is because it was in network with my insurance! Never again will I come to this location does not care about your patient health if I could give it no star I would!!!!!! The only thing that was good about the location is the personality of the receptionist! Also that I waited from 5:45 to 6 something because they did not check me in and take my insurance information at 4:00pm. Did not offer a prescription for my pain nor antibiotics for the infection in my tooth. They are just in this for the money and heavily inflate their prices!!!

Remember that scene in ‘Cast Away’ when Tom Hanks extracts his own tooth with an ice skate? Yeah I would rather do that, than ever step foot in this dental office again. At least the ice skate won’t change its mind halfway through a treatment plan. This office got my wife approved for a care credit account. It had a limit that wasn’t enough to cover all the work they claimed she needed. But they worked out a treatment plan which involved paying in small chunks so that we could pay off the care credit card, and then use the care credit account for the next chunk. But as soon as they maxed out our new $3000 limit card, we had an appointment with the office lady who informed us that we would need to come up with an additional $2000 to proceed with her treatment plan. We obviously aren’t cool with that so we didn’t know how to proceed. The Dentist himself then comes in to talk to us and is very pushy that this was the only path forward or we could “just pull all the teeth out and give you dentures” he just seemed very pushy and has zero ‘bedside manner’. Basically we didn’t feel like this location cared about us at all. We felt more like ‘potential dollars’ I would give this office 0 stars if that were possible. We ultimately decided to seek treatment elsewhere.

I recently had severe pain from an exposed nerve from a broken wisdom tooth. I was super nervous about going to the dentist due to struggling with anxiety really bad and having panic attacks from terrible past experiences at other dental groups. After having an x-ray, they told me that my two upper wisdom teether needed to be removed. Dr. James Barron did my surgery, and he was phenomenal! He was very comforting and made sure I was numb and didn’t feel a thing. Although my anxiety still bothered me, I made it through it. (Important note, they will NOT put you to sleep for wisdom teeth removal, just light oral sedation). So if you need a doctor who is great with people and takes the time to make sure you’re good before a procedure, he’s your guy. I gave them 4 stars because in order for your appointment to be good, they have to call you and verify it first, so if you miss the call, then your appointment is not good anymore. I saw that several people who walked in were frustrated by this due to missing the call due to work. That’s really the only thing I would change, but other than that, Aspen Dental was great to me and I would definitely recommend going to that office if you have any tooth pain!

I came to my appointment today and I must say it was a very nice experience. I was checked in professionally and there was no large wait time for my appointment. From the time I was called back for my appointment everyone was very courteous and professional from the assistants all the way to Office Manager and Dentist, I was impressed.

I got there at 0945 for a 1000am appointment. The people were all very nice but it took them until 1400 to get out of the office because they needed to make sure that I knew all of the services they offered ( sales ). My tooth needed pulling and I'm being drug from room to room for sales.. Overall I'll try them again because I've had much worse but they're on probation.

This place is a joke. I just drove 40 minutes from Florida to Valdosta, GA for a 10:30 am cleaning, only to be told upon arrival that I could "not be found in the schedule". I am not a new patient. I showed the gentleman checking me in my confirmation text and the best they could do is reschedule me over 2 months out for a simple cleaning. I had to pay for both child and elderly care to be here this morning, not to mention gas to and from. This is utterly ridiculous. I do NOT recommend this location. They really need to get it together. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist office that knows what they are doing. This is not good patient care at all! P.S. My frustration is not with the gentleman who tried checking me in, but with procedure within the office.
